La nutrición, biología, el bienestar y, cómo la mente juega un papel fundamental en nuestra vida, siempre me ha llamado la atención.

1/2 taza semillas de cañamo peladas
3 huevos/ opción vegana con huevos de linaza (ver en receta) 4 cdas aceite de oliva

4 cdas de semillas a gusto
1 cdta bicarbonato
3 cdas semillas de sésamo/ maravilla para poner arriba
Sal de mar o rosada
