Why are we eating? Physiological hunger vs. emotional hunger / fulfill something

When we eat? quiet environment / accompanied or alone / looking at the cell phone, computer or television / working

What do we eat? I choose my food conscientiously and enjoy it

How do we eat? I chew every bite / as fast as I do not realize / as if with guilt

How much? I am aware of eating portions that leave me satisfied / overfull / manage anxiety

Where we eat? standing / sitting / quiet environment / walking / driving

I DO NOT believe in short-term diets, YES in changing habits as much as for weight loss, well-being, pathologies and special conditions this change should ALWAYS be accompanied by a CHANGE in lifestyle.
