COMIDAS PRACTICAS

La nutrición, biología, el bienestar y, cómo la mente juega un papel fundamental en nuestra vida, siempre me ha llamado la atención.

Entendí la importancia de la alimentación cuando empecé a entender su impacto en sentirme saludable, energética y en armonía.

Este fue el motivo por el que decidí estudiar Nutrición y Dietética.

NECESITAS

1 papa camote grande cocida y molida con tenedor
1 taza harina de almendras, coco, quinoa o avena
1/2 taza semillas de cañamo peladas
3 huevos/ opción vegana con huevos de linaza (ver en receta) 4 cdas aceite de oliva

4 cdas de semillas a gusto
1 cdta bicarbonato
3 cdas semillas de sésamo/ maravilla para poner arriba
Sal de mar o rosada
